Together with friends and colleagues from throughout Sinaloa and Canada, Farm to Table Mazatlán has grown to become the culinary event of the year, with an annual attendance of 350 guests. Each event is unique and not to be missed.
The 2018 harvest celebration included a multi course menu accompanied by hand selected wines from Vinoteca. Sarah Emerson. Set under white tents surrounded by more than 30 hectares of beautiful vegetable crops, Sarah Emerson’s talent created an environment that was truly memorable.
With convenient departures from Centro and La Marina, bus passengers and arriving guests were welcomed by a Cucumber Mint Margarita hand crafted by Water’s Edge Bistro.
Comfortably seated, the guests enjoyed the first taste of the harvest created by F.I.S.H. Accompanied by a hoppy wheat pilsner especially brewed by Tres Islas Brewery, this year’s celebration began!
In the tradition of “family style dining”, platters created by these incredible chefs were shared amongst the attendees.
